Reunion 2002 is history, and was a big success. Well over one hundred 71st SOS members and guests enjoyed a weekend of renewing friendships, swapping stories, the dedication of a special monument, and a special surprise on Saturday evening. The highlight of Saturday's banquet was the viewing of original USAF films of the return of the 71st SOS to Bakalar AFB on 6 June 1969.
